- added text explaining the volume lock may take some time before starting on system boot up (full version)
- added option to create password to lock launching app, but it could still be uninstalled by the user (full version)
- link to system settings where you can hide the notification
- the app now uses the Do Not Disturb permission on Android 6+ to enforce ringer/notification/alarm minimum volumes
- changed highlight color to a more easily visible color
- improved amber theme (full version)
- some small improvements and a bug fix
